Fox Valley Community Services will hold its annual draw down this year as a non-event. Normally scheduled for June, this fundraiser was postponed because of COVID-19 until 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15.

Unlike “normal times,” this year’s event will have no attendance. Tickets will be drawn at the normal time of 6:30 p.m. Winners will be notified by phone.

Organized by former FVCS board members Dennis O’Connell and Jim Elliott, the Annual Draw Down is always an exciting evening. Only 250 tickets are sold. There is one $1,000 Grand Prize, one winner of $300, one winner of $100 and 12 winners of $50.

Entertaining auctioneer and FVCS board member Craig Elliott will assist in the drawing.

Call the Fox Valley Community Center at 815-786-9404 to purchase tickets. All proceeds will be used to support seniors in DeKalb, Kane, Kendall and LaSalle counties through services and programs of Fox Valley Community Services.
