CORTLAND - While in-person programming is on hold, the Cortland Library has resumed normal business hours.
There are service changes in effect, such as the first hour of the day is reserved, from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m., for seniors and health compromised patrons, according to a news release.
All patrons are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing within the library.
The number of patrons allowed in will be limited, and there will be a limited number of computers available. Hold items may also be delayed.
