SYCAMORE - The Sycamore Farmer's Market will kick off its season June 2 from 3 to 7 p.m. in downtown Sycamore, according to an announcement from Discover Sycamore.
The season is expected to run weekly on Tuesdays through Sept. 29, the website states, after it was delayed due to crowd control guidelines mandated by Gov. JB Pritzker's stay-at-home order in an attempt to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus,
"We cannot wait to help kickstart a hopeful summer," a post on Discover Sycamore's social media page states. "Be on the lookout for our safety plan to ensure everyone’s well being! We can’t wait to see you soon!"
Further information on social distancing guidelines before the market begins is expected, and this article will be updated with that information as it becomes available.
