To the Editor:
As all of your readers have seen and heard for the past two (or is it three, four, or more?) weeks, the media has been exploding with Donald Trump impeachment noise. The problem is confronting us because of a silly system called the Electoral College. Trump did not get elected by a majority of votes during our last presidential election
Trump was well-known to the public as a very wealthy person hosting a TV show. Many people do not know that he inherited millions of dollars from his father. He has made real estate investments because he had the down payment. He could recite the phrase "You're fired" in a very amusing, entertaining way, which was good for TV viewers.
But he has no political experience. In other words, he does not have the smarts or political knowledge to be our president.
He became our worst president because of that ridiculous Electoral College. A current presidential contender trying to become a nominee in our next election says that he will do his best to abolish the Electoral College. He is the only job seeker I have donated money to.
Throw out the Electoral College! The the majority of voters elect who they want.
