DeKALB – The community is invited to Fargo Skateboarding’s 12th annual art show.

The Fargo will transform a neighboring storefront at 633 E. Lincoln Highway into an art gallery featuring work from more than 50 artists for one night only. The art show will take place starting at 4 p.m. March 9.

This year’s special guest artist, Erin Boyle, has designed Fargo’s newest shop skateboard deck and shirt inspired by comic book art which will be released the night of the show. An after-party featuring live music will be in the skate park at 9 p.m. The after party has a $5 entry fee. It is an all-ages show and anyone can skate at their own risk as long as they sign a waiver.

Art submissions are being accepted for the show. Artists can drop off up to five pieces until March 7, as long as it’s on a skateboard, about skateboarding or skateboard inspired.

For information, visit the store at 629 E. Lincoln Highway, or visit www.fargoskateboarding.com.
