LINE-X can help protect your personal pickup

SPONSORED

Pickup trucks are among the most versatile vehicles available, which helps explain their popularity with individuals and families as well as commercial and industrial users.

Despite the differences in use, however, personal and business owners face many of the same maintenance and care problems. Rust doesn’t care whose truck it is.

Heading into winter, these problems are magnified. Snow and ice, water from melting, salt, sand and other abrasive elements will find their way into and onto the bed, potentially requiring expensive rust and other repairs. Just climbing in and out can scratch the surface from whatever gets picked up on the soles of boots and shoes.

Fortunately, LINE-X spray-on truck bed lining can mitigate or eliminate some of those costs. These are available for your personal pickup, as well as light-duty commercial and industrial vehicles.

Coatings are spray-on elastomeric coatings engineered for maximum durability. Protection of the metal bed and bed walls is your primary concern, although LINE-X coatings can also be applied to fiberglass, concrete, plastic, wood, Styrofoam and drywall. Also consider LINE-X coating for inside a pickup cap or underside of a hardtop lid, since salt and other abrasives can work their way up and around.

For the sake of style, coatings can be customized with color pigmentation, but beyond appearance, they can also dampen sound and reduce vibration, reduce wear and tear on other structural components, and resist rust and other corrosion.

If you need it, LINE-X research and product testing also have resulted in coatings with chemical combinations that offer specialized attributes and applications. These specialized coatings absorb impact and resist damage by remaining both flexible and strong without losing adhesion. Some are rated for fire safety and approved for use in potable water applications.
