Rugged Line-X earns ‘industrial strength’ label

SPONSORED

“Industrial strength” has been tagged on so many products that a skeptical public has shuffled it off to the side, along with phrases like “heavy duty” and “commercial grade.”

That is not true of LINE-X. Continued research in the lab and real world have proven over and over that Line-X products and processes will stand up to the heavy use and abuse of personal, recreational, commercial and industrial demands.

Operators of commercial and industrial trucks will back this up, which is why they stay away from products like drop-in bedliners and go directly to dealers like LINE-X of Greater Illinois in Sycamore.

What many people don’t know is that because LINE-X is a spray-on protective coating, it can be applied to almost anything.          Research and product testing have resulted in coatings with chemical combinations that offer specialized attributes and applications.

Coatings are specialized, high-performance spray-on elastomeric coatings engineered for maximum durability and limitless application potential. Coatings can be applied to metal, fiberglass, concrete, plastic or wood … even Styrofoam and drywall. These absorb impact and resist damage by remaining both flexible and strong without losing adhesion.

Some are rated for fire safety and approved for use in potable water applications.

And for appearance – such as matching corporate color themes and logos – coatings can be customized with color pigmentation.

Beyond appearance, the coatings also dampen sound and reduce vibration, a major concern with industrial trucks that not only ply the interstates but also endure everything from loading docks to railroad crossings to gravel and rocky roads. The coatings reduce wear and tear on equipment. This lowers maintenance costs, extends the usable life of equipment, and prevents leaks, rust and other corrosion.

There are also specialized coatings for severe service environments.
