• A column about Fred Hornbuckle on Page A2 of Wednesday’s Daily Chronicle contained an error. Hornbuckle traveled to Ottawa to pick out his German shepherd puppy.

• An article on Page A3 of Friday’s Daily Chronicle about KishHealth System’s farmers market voucher program contained incorrect information. KishHealth underwrote $7,000 worth of vouchers last year, which is about $1,000 more than when the program was launched in 2011. This year, KishHealth is providing 700 vouchers worth $10,000, with some vouchers still available.

The Daily Chronicle regrets the errors.
