DeKalb City
James A. Alexander, 24, of the 7900 block of South Peoria Street in Chicago was served Tuesday, Oct. 20, with a failure-to-appear warrant for resisting arrest. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Amanda L. Potts, 24, of the 300 block of South 10th Street in DeKalb was charged Tuesday, Nov. 3, with retail theft.
Niquella S. Hardwick, 30, of the 100 block of West McConaughy Avenue in Rochelle, was charged Thursday, Nov. 5, with criminal trespass to a residence.
Bruce R. Thomsen, 21, of the 1200 block of 11th Avenue in Orion, was charged Thursday, Nov. 5, with keeping a disorderly house.
Michael T. Callaway, 26, of the 8900 block of Tomahawk Trail in Shabbona, was charged Thursday, Nov. 5, with battery.

Timothy G. Wolfe, 22, of the 100 block of Royce Drive in Bloomingdale was charged Tuesday, Nov. 3, with driving with a suspended license, unlawful display of unauthorized registration sticker, operating a vehicle with an expired registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Pifano De La Cruz, 32, of the 900 block of East State Street in Sycamore was charged Wednesday, Nov. 4, with driving under the influence, driving without a valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use.
Jennifer N. Kurland, 19, of the 4400 block of North Kenneth Avenue in Chicago was charged Wednesday, Nov. 4, with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deanna Brzezinski, 36, of the 500 block of Park Avenue in Sycamore was charged Wednesday, Nov. 4, with driving under the influence and failure to yield.
Daniel J. Wallace, 21, of Chicago was charged Wednesday, Nov. 4, with driving with a suspended license, obstructing justice and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Jose O. Neri, 39, of the 100 block of Elm Street in DeKalb was charged Thursday, Nov. 5, with driving without a valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.

Joshua T. Kappes, 20, of the 11500 block of West Grand Avenue in Melrose Park was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 4, on a DeKalb County failure-to-appear warrant for violation of a court order.
