DeKalb City
Lourdes Hernandez, 34, of the 300 block of Willshire Drive in Sandwich was charged Monday, Nov. 2, with driving without a valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and disobeying a traffic control device.
Evan A. Marschand, 25, of the 100 block of East Johnson Street in Madison, Wis., was arrested Monday, Nov. 2, on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
DeKalb County
Steven Noel, 54, of the 200 block of East Lincoln Highway in DeKalb was charged Monday, Nov. 2, with driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving a vehicle with an expired registration.
