Wheaton Academy awaits Spartans/Knights

The No. 16 seed Wheaton Academy football team beat top-seeded Hillcrest 20-19 in overtime Friday night despite four turnovers.

That means the Warriors (6-4) will face the winner of Saturday night's Kaneland-Sycamore game.

If the ninth-seeded Spartans (6-3) win, they will host Wheaton Academy next weekend.

If the eighth-seeded Knights (6-3) win, the Warriors will host Kaneland, most likely at Wheaton College (Wheaton Academy's home field this season).
