Rachel E. Cadie, 24, of DeKalb, was charged Monday, Oct. 26, with driving without insurance and driving with a suspended license.
Blake M. Douglas, 19, of the 1500 block of South Christina Street in Chicago, was arrested Monday, Oct. 26, on a failure-to-appear warrant for retail theft.
Michael S. Mueller, 20, of St. Charles, was arrested Monday, Oct. 26, on a failure-to-appear warrant for domestic battery.
