Ford joins Longaberger as home consultant
By Daily Chronicle
Lori Ford of Kingston joins nearly 45,000 independent Longaberger home consultants who market and sell the company’s products through direct sales in all 50 of the United States.
The Longaberger Co.makes handcrafted baskets and offers other home and lifestyle products, including pottery, wrought iron and fabric accessories.
Dave Longaberger, who founded the company in 1973 in Dresden, Ohio, had a vision of reviving his family’s basket-making heritage, which involved his father and grandfather.
He overcame many obstacles to build a company that has empowered thousands of home consultants, according to a news release.
Longaberger home consultants have the flexibility to set their own hours, build their own businesses and leverage a strong financial opportunity.
Ford can show customers Longaberger’s new line of officially NFL-licensed baskets this football season. Sixteen AFC and 16 NFC teams are represented, with several universities available soon.
Team colors are displayed on the baskets with official logos engraved on the hardwood lids.
