DeKalb County

Debra K. Pinchot, 42, of the 29700 block of Oak Meadow Drive in Kingston, was arrested Friday, Oct. 23, on a warrant for failure to pay child support.

Darrell L. Oas, 51, of the 200 block of Palmer Street in Maple Park, was charged Friday, Oct. 23, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 and improper lane usage.

DeKalb City

Derius L. Needham, 18, of the 3300 block of Craig Drive in Hammond, Ind., was charged Friday, Oct. 23, with retail theft.

Tyler U. Hernandez, 40, of the first block of Cliffe Court in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 23, with two counts of domestic battery.

Shanicka Campbell, 27, of the 3200 block of Napa Court in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 23, with having no front license plate, driving an uninsured vehicle and displaying a false insurance card.

Jazmin I. Clark, 20, of the 1400 block of Twombly Road in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 23, with attempting to obstruct justice and failure to wear a seat belt.

Sara Hernandez, 22, of the 1900 block of North First Street in DeKalb, was arrested Sunday, Oct. 25, on a failure-to-appear warrant for retail theft.

Joseph Pine, 21, of the 5600 block of Stonybrook Drive in Plainfield, was charged Sunday, Oct. 25, with disobeying a traffic control device, driving without insurance and driving with a suspended license. He was also arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant for theft.

Peter F. Reed, 19, of the 800 block of Spiros Court in DeKalb, was arrested Sunday, Oct. 25, on a warrant for domestic battery.

Jose S. Rivera-Cruz, 24, of Painesville, Ohio, was charged Sunday, Oct. 25, with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and speeding.

Rickey D. Smith, 22, of the 700 block of Fotis Drive in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Oct. 25, with driving with a suspended license, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving without insurance and driving without a front license plate.

Latrise A. Brown, 25, of the 1000 block of Crane Drive in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Oct. 26, with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Tristan J. Budz, 26, of the 100 block of Pine Street in DeKalb, was charged Monday, Oct. 26, with driving with a suspended license.

Sandwich

Daniel Aceves, 25, of the 300 block of Superior Street in Aurora, was charged Saturday, Oct. 24, with possession of marijuana less than 2.5 grams.

Alejandro Cadena, 21, of the 900 block of South Hugh Street in Plano, was charged Saturday, Oct. 24, with driving without a valid driver's license and disobeying a traffic control device.

Sycamore

Casey S. Spence, 37, of Sycamore, was charged Tuesday, Oct. 20, with driving with a suspended license and driving with suspended license plates.

Ryan P. Recker, 19, of Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 21, with criminal damage to property.

Mathew D. Brown, 25, of Franklin Grove, was charged Friday, Oct. 23, with possession of marijuana of less than 30 grams.

William A. Cade, 25, of Chicago, was arrested Thursday, Oct. 22 on warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of driving while his license was suspended and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He also was cited for failure to wear a seat belt and driving while his license was suspended.

Franklin T. Doneden, 26, of Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 14 with driving while his license was suspended.
