Jose M. Castaneda, 27, of the 1400 block of Hulmes Drive, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Oct. 22 with driving while his license was suspended and driving without insurance.

James W. McKinney, 49, of the 1300 block of East Reading Road, Pittsford, Mich., was charged Friday, Oct. 23 with driving while his license was suspended and attempted obstruction of justice.
