DeKalb City
Mia L. Boyd, 28, of the 1000 block of Aspen Court, DeKalb, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 21, on a failure-to-appear warrant for retail theft and charged with obstructing justice.
DeKalb County
Robert E. Kaindl, 21, of the 400 block of West Locust Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Oct. 22 with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level over .08, and illegal use of a sound amplification system.
Rodney K. Cooper, 32, of the 2400 block of Mayfield Drive, Montgomery, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 21 with driving while his license was suspended.
Jordan C. Hopkins, 17, of the 500 block of Conlin Avenue, Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 21 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of tobacco by a minor.
