DeKalb tops Kaneland in girls volleyball

DeKalb defeated Kaneland, 29-27, 25-22. MacKenzie Johnson had seven kills, Rachel Raynor had 17 assists and three aces and Courtney Thomas had five aces, four digs, four kills and three blocks. McKenna Teboda added nine assists for the Barbs.

Kaneland (13-15, 6-8 Western Sun) was led by Jessica Lubic, who had 18 assists, eight digs and four aces. Abby VanderHeyden had 10 digs and three kills. Katy Dudzinski had five kills.
