DeKalb City
Michael B. Finlayson, 29, of the 7500 block of Cole Court in Yorkville, was charged Tuesday, Oct. 20, with failure to obtain appropriate registration.
Brian W. Ekstrom, 25, of the 1600 block of Margaret Lane in DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 21, with theft and unlawful possession of a vehicle registration sticker.
DeKalb County
Kennisha Scott, 21, of the 300 block of Barberry Court in DeKalb, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 21, on two failure-to-appear warrants for driving with a suspended license.
