DeKalb City

Mark J. McNulty, 22, of the 4400 block of North Magnolia Street in Chicago was charged Saturday, Oct. 10, with attempt to obstruct justice, driving with a suspended license and driving without the use of headlights when required.

Christopher L. Vann, 22, of the 400 block of 155th Street in Calumet City, Ind., was arrested Saturday, Oct. 10, on two failure-to-appear warrants.

Mercetes J. Huff, 19, of the 900 block of Regent Drive in Dekalb was charged Thursday, Oct. 15, with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Julian J. St. John, 46, a transient, was arrested Thursday, Oct. 15, on a warrant for aggravated battery.

Curtis D. Rogers, 23, of the 1500 block of West Jonquil Street in Chicago was charged Thursday, Oct. 15, with driving with a suspended license.

Joe A. Rodriguez, 21, of the 1200 block of South Court Street in Rockford was charged Friday, Oct. 16, with criminal trespassing to real property.

Sergio A. Santodomingo, 21, of the 300 block of Deerpath Lane West in DeKalb was arrested Friday, Oct. 16, on a failure-to-appear warrant for possession of liquor by a minor.


DeKalb County

Anthony Fomer, 22, of Maple Park was charged Thursday, Oct. 15, with driving with a suspended license.

Gregory T. Ross, 58, of the 800 block of Ridge Drive in DeKalb was charged Friday, Oct. 16, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08, driving without the use of headlights when required and failure to use a turn signal.


Sycamore

Steven C. Banks, 40, of Palatine was charged Saturday Oct. 3, with aggravated assault.

Ma Soledad Martinez-Martinez, 53, of DeKalb was charged Thursday, Oct. 8, with driving without a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with registration that was suspended for not having insurance.

Annie M. Westerlund, 28, of Sycamore was charged Saturday, Oct. 10, with battery.

David S. Coil, 22, of Rochelle was charged Sunday, Oct. 11, with possession of marijuana.

Ronald T. Kronon, 23, of Rochelle was arrested Sunday, Oct. 11, on an Ogle County failure-to-appear warrant. He was also charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle and possession of drug equipment.

Dale R. Ferguson, 50, of Edgerton was charged Tuesday, Oct. 13, with driving with a revoked license.

Lilia A. Rojas, 26, of DeKalb was charged Tuesday, Oct. 13, with driving with a suspended license.
