Colin M. Curran, 18, of the 3100 block of Saganashkee Lane in Naperville was charged Wednesday, Oct. 14, with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jeffrey W. Dean, 19, of the 5300 block of Bamboo Lane in Naperville was charged Wednesday, Oct. 14, with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Roberto Hernandez, 43, of the 800 block of Treatment Plant Road in Rochelle was charged Wednesday, Oct. 14, with driving without a valid driver's license.
