DeKalb City
James C. Walker, 19, of the 8800 block of South Marquette Street in Chicago was arrested Tuesday, Oct. 13 on a warrant.
DeKalb County
Darnell Williams, 21, of the 300 block of Ridge Drive in DeKalb was charged Tuesday, Oct. 13, with driving with a suspended license and attempted obstruction of justice.
