Jamie H. Ruiz, 29, of the 1900 block of Burr Oaks Drive in Glendale Heights was charged Monday, Oct. 12, with retail theft.
Rickey Zollicoffer Jr., 30, of the 4400 block of Idlewild Lane in Hillside was charged Monday, Oct. 12, with littering on occupied private property.
Christina M. Torres, 20, of the 1000 block of Avenue E in Rochelle was charged Monday, Oct. 12, with displaying a false insurance card and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
DeKalb County
Jarvis Page, 41, of the 800 block of Parkside Drive in Rockford was charged Sunday, Oct. 11, with driving with a suspended license and speeding.
Karen Garcia, 29, of the 1300 block of Monomoy Street in Aurora was charged Monday, Oct. 12, with driving without a valid driver's license.
Naomi M. Davis, 30, of the 32000 block of Genoa Road in Genoa was charged Tuesday, Oct. 13, with domestic battery.
