Elijah Alexander III, 26, of the 100 block of North Main Street in Rochelle was charged Sunday, Oct. 11, with retail theft.
Sycamore
Constantino T. Gomez, 42, of DeKalb was charged Friday, Oct. 2, with driving with a suspended license.
Milosh Kostic, 28, of Sycamore was charged Saturday, Oct. 3, with driving under the influence.
Isbitan Khalil, 41, of Belvidere was charged Thursday, Oct. 8, with driving with a suspended license.
