Sandwich
Matthew J. Dunley, 27, of the 900 block of North Wolfe Street in Sandwich, was charged Friday, Oct. 9, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08, illegal transportation of alcohol and possession of marijuana.
James A. Henderson, 49, of the 900 block of West South Street in Plano, was charged Sunday, Oct. 11, with driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured vehicle.
DeKalb County
Rogelio Gonzalez, 45, of the 1800 block of Farwell Avenue in Chicago, was charged Friday, Oct. 9, with driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Matthew A. Hausler, 24, of the 700 block of North Center Avenue in Plano, was charged Saturday, Oct. 10, with driving under the influence, improper lane use and speeding.
Lavar A. Morris, 26, of the 1400 block of West Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Oct. 10, with illegal transportation of alcohol, driving under the influence and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Kimberly R. Ekle, 28, of the 400 block of Meadow Lane in Hinckley, was charged Saturday, Oct. 10, with driving under the influence.
Candelario Valenzuela, 51, of the 1200 block of Lehnertz Court in Aurora, was charged Sunday, Oct. 11, with two counts of driving under the influence.
Stephanie V. Fusinato, 40, of the 200 block of North Albert Avenue in McNabb, was charged Sunday, Oct. 11, with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08.

Arturo Guerra, 23, of the 500 block of East Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 9, with driving without a valid driver’s license and driving with a suspended registration for a mandatory insurance violation.
Gerry M. James II, 23, of the 1200 block of Rushmoore Drive in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 9, with operating an uninsured motor vehicle, displaying a false insurance card, driving with expired license plates, speeding and driving a vehicle that has a defective windshield.
Kenneth D. Mitchell Jr., 21, of the 1400 block of Twombly Road in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 9, with resisting a peace officer, possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving a vehicle that has a defective windshield and avoiding a traffic control device.
Emilio De Los Santos, 47, of the 800 block of West Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 9, with driving with a revoked license.
Edmund D. Jefferson, 20, of the 1200 block of East State Street in Sycamore, was arrested Saturday, Oct. 10, on a failure-to-appear warrant for driving with a suspended license.
Amie H. Neumann, 26, of the 1100 block of Market Street in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Oct. 10, with driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured vehicle.
Ignacio Sarabia Jr., 46, of the 1000 block of East Locust Street in DeKalb, was arrested Saturday, Oct. 10, on a failure-to-appear warrant for contempt.
Isabella B. Bolton, 44, of the 6000 block of South Michigan Avenue in Chicago, was charged Sunday, Oct. 11, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
