DeKalb City

Nicholas A. Hanson, 27, of the 1200 block of Alexandria Drive in Sycamore, was charged Saturday, Oct. 3, with driving under the influence.

Pamela S. Wood, 40, of the 200 block of East Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 7, on a warrant for writing a bad check and was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kenisha K. Jamison, 28, of the 17000 block of South Shea in Hazelcrest, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 7, on an unspecified failure-to-appear warrant.

Ryan L. Mazalewski, 25, of the 900 block of Edgebrook Drive in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Oct. 8, with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08.

James E. Frye III, 27, of Chicago, was charged Thursday, Oct. 8, with driving without a valid license.

DeKalb County

Elizabeth Mendoza, 19, of the 800 block of Kimberly Drive in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Oct. 8, with consumption of alcohol by a minor and violating the zero tolerance statute.

Sandwich

Bartolo V. Leon, 37, of the 100 block of North Cedar Street in Sandwich, was arrested Friday, Oct. 2, on a Kane County warrant for obstructing justice.

A 17-year-old male juvenile was arrrested Wednesday, Oct. 7, and charged with battery.
