Cesar Apointe, 32, of the 10500 block of West Grand Avenue in Northlake was charged Thursday, Oct. 8, with retail theft.
Kimberly A. Velazquez, 40, the 10500 block of West Grand Avenue in Northlake was charged Thursday, Oct. 8, with retail theft.
Nicholas S. Giliberto, 22, of St. Charles was served Thursday, Oct. 8 with a DeKalb County failure-to-appear warrant.
DeKalb County
Anabel Mateos, 19, of the 800 block of Russell Road in DeKalb was charged Monday, Oct. 5, with driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to reduce speed.
Saul Camargo, 25, of the 800 block of Anton Drive in Madison, Wis., was charged Thursday, Oct. 8, with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding.
