DeKalb City
Jeremy M. Weems, 20, of the 19700 block of Woodland Road in Springhill, Kan., was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 29, on an unspecified failure-to-appear warrant.
Jeffrey A. Guinzio, 46, of the 800 block of Charles Street in DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 29, with driving with a suspended license.
Sycamore
Lesley M. Watts, 26, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 18, with improper use of registration, driving without a driver's license and operation of a vehicle with expired registration.
David A. Bloom, 28, of Stillman Valley, was charged Saturday, Sept. 19, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.
Tammie L. Carnahan, 30, of Sycamore, was charged Friday, Sept. 25, with driving without a driver's license.
Jacob M. Wagner, 27, of DeKalb, was arrested Friday, Sept. 25, on an unspecified warrant.
Jill M. Schlaeger, 29, of Sycamore, was charged Sunday, Sept. 27, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and making an improper turn.
Elena J. Bray, 17, of Kingston, was charged Monday, Sept. 28, with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Joshua M. Gammelgaard, 18, of Sycamore, was charged Monday, Sept. 28, with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of alcoholic liquor by a minor.
Jay R. Reed, 18, of Sycamore, was charged Monday, Sept. 28, with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
