Zachary Taylor to highlight Tuesday Pops Concert

At 8 p.m. Tuesday, the DeKalb Municipal Band, under the direction of Dee Palmer, will present its next Pops Concert in the Park.

Guest vocalist Zachary Taylor will highlight the program, a recent news release said. He will perform pop songs such as “Night and Day,” “Tenderly” and “Love.” The program is a collection of musical comedy hits, pop songs, light classics and marches.

The city of DeKalb and the DeKalb Park District, who co-sponsor these free concerts, invite all to attend.
