DeKalb City
Luis A. Saavedra, 18, of the 600 block of Ellwood Avenue in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, June 20, with driving without a valid license.
Hardik H. Shah, 24, of the 19100 block of Weber Road in Mokena, was charged Sunday, June 21, with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08.
Cassandra A. Schwersenska, 33, of the 800 block of First Street in DeKalb, was cited Sunday, June 21, for permitting her dog to run loose.
Corina Mendenhall, 33, of the 1000 block of East Locust Street in DeKalb, was cited Sunday, June 21, for permitting her dog to run loose.
Brittany A. Carter, 21, of the 100 block of Prospect Street in DeKalb, was arrested Sunday, June 21, on a warrant for retail theft.
Timothy J. Wig, 50, of the 400 block of Clifford Lane in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, June 21, with domestic battery.
Roque Hernandez, 25, of the 800 block of Ridge Drive in DeKalb, was charged Monday, June 22, with driving with a suspended license.
Lucia Garcia, 44, of the 1400 block of Pleasant Street in DeKalb, was arrested Monday, June 22, on a failure-to-appear warrant for retail theft.

Laura A. Gardner, 31, of the 100 block of South Second Street in Malta, was charged Sunday, June 21, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Matthew J. Duncan, 25, of the 100 block of Main Street in Kirkland, was arrested Sunday, June 21, on a failure-to-appear warrant for driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured vehicle.
Sycamore
Dean E. Myers, 39, of Cortland, was charged Tuesday, June 16, with driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured vehicle.
Oscar Z. Coyomani, 29, of Oregon, was charged Tuesday, June 16, with driving without a valid license.
Kevin J. Isham, 31, of Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, June 17, with driving with a suspended license.
Ignacio Romero, 46, of DeKalb, was charged Thursday, June 18, with driving without a valid license.
Martell A. English, 21, of Rockford, was charged Thursday, June 18, with driving without a valid license.
Gregory L. Benson, 28, of Sycamore, was charged Thursday, June 18, with driving with a suspended license.
Dimitris C. Dokos, 23, of Sycamore, was charged Friday, June 19, with possession of drug equipment.
