Quinn in Rochelle on Saturday

Gov. Pat Quinn will be in Rochelle today to open an exhibit "Portrait of a Soldier," an exhibit of 209 hand-sketched portraits of Illinois soldiers killed in combat since Sept. 11, 2001.

Quinn will be at the Rochelle Municipal Airport, 1201 W. Gurler Road in Rochelle at 11:45 a.m.
