Rockford Writers Guild schedules monthly presentation

The Rockford Writers Guild will hold its May meeting at 1 p.m. May 17 at Gensler Gardens Cafe in Loves Park, according to a written statement from the guild. Guild member Dan Williams will speak about his new book, "Above His Shoulders," a true story of sexual abuse, its impact on relationships, and emotional healing.
