Editor: The September Fest Committee would like to extend sincere thanks to all those who helped make September Fest 2007 a phenomenal success! We were overwhelmed by the generosity, support and enthusiasm shown by all. Thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy the carnival, food, live stage, family-friendly beer garden, bungee trampolines, Catholic Daughters of the Americas cake and ice cream sale, book and video sale, BMX bike and skateboard show, Sunday family fun day and more. All the proceeds for this event will benefit St. Mary School of DeKalb, which has been serving the community since 1913 and welcomes families of all faiths.
