Two charged with credit card fraud

DeKALB - Warrants were issued Friday for two Northern Illinois University students who DeKalb police say charged about $1,500 on a credit card they illegally obtained using another NIU student's personal information. Joseph . Pomaranski, 19, and Antonio M. Tribble, 21, were being sought on charges of unlawful use of a credit card. Pomaranski also faces charges of making a false statement to get a credit card, financial identity theft and two counts of forgery. Police say the two used the card to buy clothes, electronics, food and other items between Feb. 22 and Sunday.
