Notre Dame's 'rising star' expected to light up NIU Athletics

CHICAGO - Northern Illinois University President Dr. John Peters today named University of Notre Dame Senior Associate Athletics Director Jim Phillips as NIU's new Director of Intercollegiate Athletics.
