Genoa-Kingston put on an offensive display in a 13-1 home win over Yorkville Christian Monday

Jorge Leon posted a hat trick, while Eagan Reams, Sergio Acosta and Franco Raimondi each scored two goals apiece. Leon also had two assists. Also netting a goal for the Cogs in the win were Kalvin Zimmerman, Jacob Barton, Brian Ortega and Rene Vasquez.

G-K is now 5-3.

Timberwolves stomp Plano: Indian Creek moved to 7-2 with a 5-1 win over Plano.

Aidan Dively scored two goals and contributed two assists. Cam Russell posted two goals and two assists. Drew Gaston had a goal and two assists and Brennen McNally contributed two more assists.

Pierce leads Cogs to win: Trevor Pierce carded a 44 to take medalist honors as Genoa-Kingston defeated Harvest Christian 186-207.

Sandwich crunches Royals: Hinckley-Big Rock took second out of three teams, falling to Sandwich, but did defeat Rock Falls.

Hinckley-Big Rock, with a team score of 243, was led by Ella McGuire's 53. Sandwich posted a 208 and Rock Falls finished with 246. Other scores for the Royals included Izzy Cleaveland (60), Ally Mills (64) and Cassie Seaney (66).

“We struggled tonight; hopefully, we can use this experience to build better strategies when our game goes sideways," coach Greg Jourdan said. " McGuire’s game is close. She is learning better course management and playing more consistent golf.”
