Darris J. Flores, 25, of the 400 block of East Taylor Street, has been charged with aggravated domestic battery and, if convicted, he could face three to seven years in prison, and if he does prison time, he'd be on parole four years.

Flores was convicted in DeKalb County on April 12 for domestic battery, court records show. He was sentenced to two years of probation, and was ordered to attend domestic violence classes.
Flores is due back in court at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 25.
