Who let the dogs out between storms in DeKalb?

Tom and Janet Wicker of DeKalb walk their dogs, Bella and Toews, across the bridge over the South Branch of the Kishwaukee River into Hopkins Park on Friday afternoon. The Wickers were taking advantage of a break in the rain to get outside with their dogs. It appears we'll be relatively rain-free through the weekend, with no greater chance than 10 percent through Sunday morning, according to the National Weather Service.
