Teen, tween crafts keep kids occupied at the library

DeKALB – Tuesday, Nov. 14, is a double-craft day at the DeKalb Public Library.

From 4 to 5 p.m., teens can make paper footballs or “school swag” (posters to support school teams).

Arts and crafts supplies will be provided.

This program is intended for teens in grades six through 12. No registration is required. It will take place in the Teen Room.

Then, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., teens and tweens can make and take home their own moon sand.

This program is intended for ages 10 and older.

No registration is required, but space is limited to the first 20 participants.

Both of these programs are free. The library is at 309 Oak St.
