Sumaiyya Baqi, 33, of the 3200 block of Sonoma Court, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 27, with retail theft.

Tywan J. Frierson, 32, of the 100 block of Harrison Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Oct. 27, with driving on a suspended or revoked license.
