The Juvenile Justice Council of DeKalb County will present “Trauma Informed Approaches,” by Raul Almazar from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Attendees of the free training session will learn about the types of trauma, how it impacts everyday life and what you can do to make a difference.
The session will be at 2500 N. Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb.
The DeKalb Regional Office of Education will offer continuing education credits for teachers.
