SYCAMORE – A 32-year-old DeKalb man was released on a signature bond after police said they found more than $1,500 worth of methamphetamine and Ecstasy pills in his apartment.

Rocco Vaughn, of the 800 block of Ridge Drive, is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, punishable by six to 30 years in prison.

DeKalb police and DeKalb County Sheriff’s deputies searched Vaughn’s home Thursday and found 33 pills suspected to be methamphetamine and 56 pills suspected to be Ecstasy, and they tested positive in field tests, court records show.

They also found more than $4,000 in cash, records show.

Vaughn was arrested elsewhere and admitted he was selling Ecstasy.

He is due back in court Aug. 11.
