Kane County deputies found Roby about 1:24 p.m. and tried to stop him, but he sped off, and he was later
spotted on Airport Road at the Maple Park railroad tracks, which he proceeded to drive along to Pritchard
Road, refusing to stop, the release says, adding that two of his tires were going flat.
