Rebekah lodge donates to cancer center

The Sycamore Angels Rebekah Lodge recently donated funds raised from its Walk with the Angels 5K to the KishHealth Cancer Center and KishHealth Hospice of DeKalb County. The Rebekah Lodge is a unit of the Independent Order of OddFellows, a worldwide fraternal organization that has active lodges throughout the United States and in 30 other countries. Pictured (from left) are Kelli Rich of KishHealth System and lodge members Luanne Fuller, Katy Schertz, Denise Baker and Jane Stiles. The group will hold another 5K on April 22 for autism awareness. The public is invited to join them to raise funds for Autism Speaks. For more information on the event, call Katy at 815-751-6635.
