DeKalb police say four still wanted in drug investigation

DeKALB – Police have so far arrested nine of the 13 people recently charged after a months-long drug investigation in DeKalb, authorities said.

According to the most recent information available from DeKalb police, four people remained wanted:

• Raul Ramos-Montoya, 30, of DeKalb, on a warrant alleging unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park.

• Ricky Smith, 27, of DeKalb, on a warrant alleging unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

• Dylan Donzelli, 22, of DeKalb, on a warrant alleging unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

• Franklin Haywood, 21, of Elgin, on a warrant alleging unlawful possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver.

A total of 23 people were implicated in the investigation that included sales of cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana and prescription drugs, authorities said. Ten were arrested before Aug. 21, and nine have been arrested since DeKalb police notified the public of the investigation.

The nine who have recently been arrested are:

• Benjamin Anthenat, 23, of Sycamore; on charges of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a church.

• Arturo Maldonado, 25, of Sycamore; on charges of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

• Scott Lohr, 46, of DeKalb; on charges of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

• James Davidson, 21, of Oak Park; on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

• Markus Williams, 22, of Warrenville; on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

• Matthew Masciola, 23, of DeKalb; on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

• Lynn Palmer, 46, of DeKalb; on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana.

• Samuel Grant, 25, of DeKalb; on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Colin Martin, 20, of Chicago; on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
