DeKalb County

Todd B. Hillquist, 48, of the 100 block of Pearl Street, DeKalb, was charged Monday, Aug. 25, with illegal transportation of alcohol.

Seth V. Boncouri, 18, of the 2700 block of Preston Court, Aurora, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 26, with underage drinking.

Jasmine Fowlers, 26, of the 400 block of North 11th Street, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Aug. 2, with obstructing identification.

Matthew C. Mancillas, 27, of the 500 block of Locust Street, Sycamore, was charged Monday, Aug. 25, with unlawful possession of marijuana and illegal transportation of alcohol.

Michele M. Emmons, 36, of the 600 block of James Street, Hinckley, was charged Monday, Aug. 25, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Anastasia L. Spyratos, 18, of DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 20, with criminal damage to property.

A 17-year-old DeKalb girl was charged Wednesday, Aug. 20, with criminal damage to property.

A 16-year-old Malta girl was charged Wednesday, Aug. 20, with criminal damage to property.

Nathan P. Janik, 24, of DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Aug. 17, with failure to register as a violent offender against youth.

Northern Illinois University

Steven L. Wilson, 20, of the first block of Truman Lane, Streamwood, was charged Saturday, Aug. 23, with unlawful possession of alcohol.

Curtis L. Douglas Jr., 22, of the 1700 block of Senator Drive, East Chicago, Indiana, was charged Sunday, Aug. 24, with possession of marijuana.

Tony Curtis, 24, of the 500 block of North Menard Avenue, Chicago, was charged Sunday, Aug. 24, with driving under the influence of alcohol.
