DeKalb County

Maximillion Vowels, 21, of the 300 block of North 10th Street, Rochelle, was arrested Tuesday, Aug. 21, on an Ogle County warrant alleging unlawful possession of marijuana.

Elliott Tovar, 31, of the 31700 block of Hollie Lane, Kingston, was charged Friday, Aug. 22, with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephan P. Busha, 54, of the 38W400 block of Berquist Drive, Geneva, was charged Saturday, Aug. 23, with domestic battery.

Stacy A. Caudle, 55, of the 7200 block of Rueff Road, Waterman, was arrested Friday, Aug. 22, on a warrant alleging unlawful association by a sex offender.

Briana Milkalayunas, 19, of the 6500 block of Bazz Drive, Plainfield, was charged Sunday, Aug. 24, with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking.

Johnathan Sanchez, 19, of the 2800 block of Lektorich Lane, Plainfield, was charged Sunday, Aug. 24, with unlawful possession of marijuana and underage drinking.

Carl T. Boozer, 35, of the 100 block of Porter Street, Gary, Indiana, was arrested Sunday, Aug. 24, on a warrant for contempt of court.

Northern Illinois University

Danielle E. Kancherlapalli, 25, of the 2100 block of Allegre Circle, Naperville, was charged Friday, Aug. 22, with obstructing a peace officer.

Daniel J. Giannola, 26, of the 17200 block of West 143rd Street, Lockport, was charged Friday, Aug. 22, with obstructing a peace officer.

Kendale D. Horton, 20, of the 6000 block of South Champlain Avenue, Chicago, was charged Saturday, Aug. 23, with possession of marijuana.
