DeKalb County

Tia N. Ruiz, 29, of the 800 block of Russell Road in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, August 16, with a civil contempt warrant.

Christy O. Webb, 26, of the 700 block of north Sixth Street in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, August 16, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.

Brittani J. Decker, 28, of Engel Road in Sycamore, was charged Saturday, August 16, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of hypodermic syringe.

Daniel M. Rak, 29, of Engel Road in Sycamore, was charged Saturday, August 16, with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael D. Johnson, 29, of Marengo, was charged Saturday, August 16, with improper walking on highway and obstructing identification.

Arturo Soto, 24, of the 400 block of Spring Avenue in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, August 17, with resisting a peace officer and crossing at other than a sidewalk.

Northern Illinois University

Deavon D. Emerson, 20, of Calumet City, was charged Wednesday, August 13, with an in-state warrant and obstructing justice.

Paul J. Dote, 28, of Belvidere, was charged Thursday, August 14 with an in-state warrant.

Antrone Ray, 38, of the 300 block of west Sunset Place in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, August 14, with driving under the influence.

Jorge N. Barrios, 18, of the 2200 block of east Eves Circle in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, August 14, with possession of drug equipment.

Jeremy E. Brown, 26, of Aurora, was charged Thursday, August 14, with possession of cannabis.

Timothy Greenlee Jr., 25, of Chicago, was charged Thursday, August 14, with an in-state warrant and illegal transportation of alcohol.

Christopher L. Williams, 29, of Chicago, was charged Friday, August 15, with an in-state warrant and trespassing.
