DeKalb County

Robbie D. Barrow, 42, of the 200 block of North Main Street, Montgomery, was charged Thursday, Aug. 14, with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol.

DeKalb city

Charles D. Gunn, 30, of the 1800 block of Canal Street, Blue Island, was charged Monday, Aug. 11, with telephone harassment.

Patricia E. Richard, 24, of the 800 block of Crane Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Aug. 8, with keeping a disorderly house.

Abdulfattah I. Albuokaie, 20, of the 9200 block of South Beloit Avenue, Bridgeview, was charged Saturday, Aug. 9, with marijuana possession.

Christian J. Price, 19, of the 600 block of Arch Street, Ottawa, was charged Sunday, Aug. 10, with underage possession of alcohol.

Corina Mendenhall, 39, of the 1000 block of East Locust Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Aug. 10, with keeping a disorderly house.

Markita M. Scott, 29, of the 400 block of Russell Road, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Aug. 10, with keeping a disorderly house.

Randal W. Lawson, 27, of the 400 block of Spring Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Monday, Aug. 11, with disorderly conduct.

Nicholas W. Smith, 18, of the 900 block of West Taylor Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Aug. 10, with criminal damage to property.

Jose Estrada, 46, of the 1400 block of Moluf Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Aug. 10, with domestic battery.

Matt J. Johnson, 42, of the 1900 block of Wildflower Lane, DeKalb, was charged Monday, Aug. 11, with having a dog at large.
