DeKalb County

Jeremy B. Klecan, 29, of the 100 block of West Street, Kingston, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 13, with driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident.

Jazmine Garcia, 18, of the 1800 block of Ashwood Lane, Aurora, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 13, with unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.

Elton J. Watkins, 20, of the 2400 block of Riva Ridge, Montgomery, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 13, with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kristen Knight, 35, of the 300 block of Edward Street, Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 13, with battery.

Kelli L. Sheehan, 23, of the 100 block of West Susan Avenue, Cortland, was arrested Wednesday, Aug. 13, on a warrant alleging unlawful use of a credit card.


Ryan Dunne, 24, of the 300 block of Eddy Street, Sandwich, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 6, with battery.

Christopher Shaffer, 27, of the 300 block of Wentworth Drive, Sandwich, was charged Monday, Aug. 11, with aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Brandon Clausel, 20, of the 4100 block of East 2603rd Road, Sheridan, was charged Sunday, Aug. 10, with criminal damage to property, resisting a peace officer and underage drinking.

Jesse G. Michael, 19, of the 1000 block of Ridge Court, Sandwich, was charged Thursday, Aug. 7, with possession of drug paraphernalia.
