DeKalb County

Jaquelyn M. Edwards, 33, of the first block of Maple Lane, Sandwich, was charged Friday, Aug. 8, with driving under the influence of drugs and possession of marijuana.

Ronald C. Brown, 31, of the 1700 block of North First Avenue, Melrose Park, was charged Friday, Aug. 8, with aggravated driving under the influence, aiding a fugitive and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John M. Kusak, 56, of the 3300 block of Calwagner Street, Franklin Park, was charged Friday, Aug. 8, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kevin C. Farrell, 49, of the 400 block of Allen Court, Wheeling, was charged Saturday, Aug. 9, with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Raul Ruiz-Rivera, 36, of the 41W300 block of Jericho Road, Aurora, was charged Sunday. Aug. 10, with obstructing police.

Sycamore

A 17-year-old boy was charged Sunday, Aug. 10, with driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Darian T. Shelton, 34, of Sycamore, was charged Saturday, Aug. 9, with domestic battery.

Brandon Castillo, 20, of Sycamore, was charged Thursday, Aug. 7, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

David M. Palmore, 27, of Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 6, with possession of marijuana.

Northern Illinois University

Christopher J. Saunders, 22, of the 6000 block of Stevens Street, Byron, was charged Friday, Aug. 8, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ricky D. Smith, 27, of the 800 block of North Seventh Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Aug. 8, with possession of marijuana.
